Recruiting

Just wait until the right one bites? Those days are over. Today, if you want top talent for your company, you have to actively search for it. That's why we are happy to support our customers in their search for new team members with our network of specialists and managers.

Training

Thinking briefly about what the difference is between a coach and a trainer, it can be quickly noticed that this question actually has some justification. Unfortunately, due to incorrect usage, the two terms have become somewhat intermingled and it is hard to see clearly what the difference actually is. But even a closer look at the verb "to train" reveals the first differences, because train stands for the rehearsal of certain actions or thought processes through systematic and repeated practice.

The individual needs of the person to be trained are decisive, but the focus is less on the individual than on the individual behavior or the training content. Typical examples for such trainings are sales trainings, moderation trainings, rhetoric trainings and many more. Especially characteristic for trainings is the aspect of practice, which is practiced in the presence of the instructing, feedback giving and correcting trainer and under self-instruction.

Our trainers are available to you in a subject-oriented manner and with professional guidance for various key topics.

Consulting

In classical consulting, the consultant is an expert in his or her field. A consultant gives advice, concrete hints and expert tips to the person seeking advice. The consultant has usually built up his expertise through specialist knowledge, literature, study as well as his own practical experience. The client draws on this expertise and receives answers and solutions tailored to his or her individual situation. In the field of management consulting, the term consulting is often used. With our consultants, you will always find the right contact person for your concerns.

Coaching

The goal of coaching is to accompany changes and support decisions. Coaching is thus a process accompaniment. In coaching, the coach and the client have conversations that lead to the client discovering his or her own resources and strengths. In order to discover these resources, the coach leads the conversation with the help of so-called tools (tools of the coach).

Our coaches thus guide you to develop your own solutions. Coaching is primarily about discovering and strengthening your own personality. The very individual goal of the client is always in the foreground. In contrast to classical consulting, no tips and advice are given in coaching.

In everyday life and also in practical work, the boundaries between the areas of coaching, consulting and training become blurred from time to time - and that's absolutely fine!

It is important that you know which offer suits you. In the end, it's not the name that matters, but your desired outcome and the content of the coaching / consulting / training.
