Development of automation concepts (software)

We develop with our own or with your existing team a PLC program exactly tailored to your needs or a complete software solution, regardless of whether you already have existing automation or PLC programs as a template or are looking to implement a new control concept. Our PLC program adapts to your workflows and not vice versa. We always keep an eye on company and product development. Thus, our software solutions and PLC programs are modularly expandable and thus adaptable at any time.

Software harmonization

Documentations

We create the documentation to provide information usable for further use. In addition to the coding rules (programming guidelines), this also includes function descriptions, software integration tests, IO tests and unit tests that will facilitate the future integration of new employees or temporary external personnel in the area of PLC programming, automation solutions and commissioning.

Commissioning

We take over the commissioning of your machine or plant at your site or directly at the end customer. With an integration of our specialists you can increase your team in case of bottlenecks or even let us cover the commissioning completely. Our focus is on Siemens and Beckhoff controllers.
